Prayer Needed
Dan is not feeling well. We think it's because of the wound vac, but the headaches are extreme. We know that you are already our prayer support, but I just wanted to ask you to possibly set aside a special time this week to pray for Dan. Many will be fasting as well. We need divine guidance, as do the doctors, to best care for Dan. Thank you.

Hi Dan,
I heard about the accident, just after it happened, from a guy whose dad was with you in Mexico. I've been praying for you ever since. Last week I was talking to a client and one thing led to another and before we knew it, I was witnessing to him about the Lord and His faithfulness and using your story to do it! Please pray for him. At the end of the conversation, I promised him that if He'd seek the Lord, that the Lord would begin to make His presence and His truths absolutely undeniable. I can't wait to here what GREAT GOD THINGS have been happening to him since our last conversation!
Once in a while,the Lord lays someone on my heart and I'm unable to get them out of my head. You are one of those someones! Dear Dan and family,
It's amazing how the Lord prompts one to pray. I pray daily for you but this weekend the Lord kept bringing you to mind more than usual - which is quite alot:)I didn't get a chance to check the blog yesterday afternoon (very unusual) and now I see why I've been needing to be praying more! Ps. 91:1-2,11 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lrod, "My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!" For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. Ps. 92 - 100. I can't write them all out here - do read them and be encouraged. Ps. 100:5 For the Lord is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting and His faithfulness to all generations! He is with you Dan, keep your eyes on Him! We love you! Hoping to see you soon!!

Well, I have had a headache for two days now, and not slept well either... I will be praying for you Dan as I deal with the same issues. God is good by reminding me that I am not the only one in this world with needs. I'm praying that the vac will do it's job... quickly so that you won't have to use it, easing your pain.

As a long time RN, I was wondering if they have tried hyperbaric chamber therapy on Dan? Maybe that is not possible since Dan is on a vent???
Our Bible study continues to pray for you, Dan.

Just an added comment. The hyperbaric therapy would be for Dan's persistent sore that is being treated now with a wound vac.
As one who deals w/ severe migraines - I understand where you are coming from and am praying right now...and will continue to do so through the day.
